Complaint

I am Tembeka I was at the bus stop this morning and the drive left me intentional because he saw me I was like a headless chicken running around thinking he will stop .I had to take a tax from Khayelitsha to Site C to get a Bellville tax in Bellville went to the Golden arrow office to report the driver the only think I need from the driver it's my tax money cz I spend all most R50 just to come to Bellville and he was smiling in front of the controller as if I'm the fool had to pay in the bus again nothing was done I feel like it's useless to report cz we reporting to their friends nothing was done about his behavior. I still need my money that's what I can say, and I am very disappointed with Golden arrow service the drivers they treat us as if they are doing us favour . Bus number is 4852 its Durbanville bus from Harare .
