Complaint

I am a very angry commuter because of golden arrow *** service the bus is never on time. It makes me late every morning. The CEO of the business needs to do do something and urgent because if this goes on like this I will be taking the minibus taxis and I know golden arrow has lost a lot of commuters already because of there *** service.
