****roaches / Condition of bus

I travel from Lotus River to Cape Town every day, 5 times a week and we continuously receive a really old bus that has broken seats or the bus rattles so much that you can barely hear yourself think!!!<br> <br> Yesterday was the pits! We were in bus 4133 and the bus was infested with ****roaches, there was a nest under one of the seats and this is not acceptable.<br> <br> Does the bus not get fumigated?? This is not acceptable as I pay hard-earned money for my ticket every week.<br>
