We travel from Parow to Blaawberg 5 times a week and on more than one occasion did we experience ****roaches in our bus, this is disgraceful that we have to travel under these disgusting conditions whr we pay full price for good service, please attend to this matter asap as this is affecting the reputation of your big ,reputable organisation.
