****roach infestation

Yesterday I had the most disgusting bus experience ever. As if the weather was not hot enough to handle after a long day's work, passengers of the golden arrow bus (3508- Cape town to Mannenberg 4:00PM) were stamping & killing ****roaches all over in the bus. I took my shoe off to stamp a ****roach walking on the seat I was sitting on. There were so many empty seats available because people refused to sit down or put their baggage down in case one of these roaches decides to go home with them, making the experience even worse. There was a banana peel on the side of one of the seats which seems to have become there breeding ground. There were dozens all over the banana peel & dozens more crawling all over in the bus. I know the passengers are at fault for littering in the bus but its golden arrows responsibility to clean the busses. Please clean & fumigate ALL of the busses, this is a health hazard & is absolutely revolting.
