Claiming my Journeys

I am Zimasa Golden Arrow card holder, I lost my card on card on the 25 March and I call golden arrow immediately to block the card and they gave reference number *** and I received another SMS on the 31 March with a new reference number *** they said that the old card was blocked and my journeys were transferred which is what they didn't do I haven't receive my journey please Hellopeter help me to get my Journeys back i had 6 journeys in that card.
