City buses

I have to say Golden Arrows service has gone from bad to worst to pathetic to unbelievable. Can anyone tell me why the hell there are only 3 City buses coming down AZ berman in the morning? Can one of your *********** fools come stand in Az berman and see how many people takes the City bus. People are even fighting with each other to get in the bus because it's so full. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes to get in a bus which made me late by the way and this is a daily thing, it used to be bad last year now it's even worst because there are more people traveling with public transport. Do you not care about your customers that uses your service at all? This is not the first time the last time someone at your offices told me some ******** reason that your buses has trackers to show when it stop but I bet your trackers doesn't tell you how much people are in the bus? It's pathetic that I have to stand at the bus stop since 6:30am and only get a bus pass 7 that isn't overloaded, which I don't blame the driver ft because everyone has to get to work. Please look into this matter with a solution not some ******** excuses.
