Card number ***6 - card not working need urgent assistance

Good day I tried to use my bus ticket yesterday afternoon 07 October 2025 and the card did not work. I last used the card yesterday morning 07 October 2025 and had 4 rides remaining. The rides expire on 01/11/2025. I then had to pay cash R44 in the bus yesterday afternoon as well as this morning R44 which is an unnecessary expense as I needed to use the money to load another week's rides.
