BUSSES NOT STOPPING AT MY STOP IN THE MORNING ON PURPOSE

To whom it may concern:

I'm a very disappointed customer of Golden Arrow, their service is pathetic and we buy clip cards every week but their service is poor.

I reside in Mitchells Plain (Watergate Estate), and every morning I take a Tygervalley bus to work between 06:15- 06:45pm. I will stand at the bus stop and not even one single bus that will stop for me, they all pass and only to find out the bus is not even full.

My bus stop is in Mitchells Plain, it's the last bus stop before you turn to R300 opposite the new Lentegeur hospital. We lodge a complaint to Golden Arrow several times and they don't seem to do anything about it. Everyday I'm late for work but I wake up early and that is affecting my adherence at work because of selfish Golden Arrow bus drivers.

Price of the clip cards goes up every year but their service is not on par. I hope someone at the higher rank from Golden Arrow will do something about this matter asap.
