Busses constantly late.

Aside from the buses being constantly late, new drivers has been assigned almost everyday and what makes me most angry is the fact that the drivers does'nt even know the route that they supposed to be driving. I pay R123 for weekly for this Pathetic service. Every day the passengers has to direct the drivers, its not my damn job to play the role of a walking GPS. Numerous amount of people has been complaining to Golden Arrow about their pathetic services and still nothing is being done.
