Bus traveling incorrect route CPT- Strandfontein

Dear Sir/ Madam<br> <br> To whom it may concern.<br> <br> Good afternoon I am a concerned customer and a regular traveller of the golden arrow bus services. However yesterday to my disappointment I had gotten into a bus in Cape Town which was scheduled to go to Bay view via Chukker road, as indicated on the updated schedule and on the bus destination marker at 4:35 pm.<br> <br> The driver drove a complete different route and did not go via Chucker road, it was a huge imposition as I was dropped off on the other end of Ottery and had to take a taxi to my actual destination.<br> <br> Please be so kind as to amend the schedule or bring this to the driver's attention.<br> <br> Sincerely <br> Concerned customer.<br>
