Bus ticket

I am so disgusted with Golden arrow service, Last week Sunday I went to the Golden arrow outlet and bought a weekly ticket from Harare Khayelitsha to Century City. When I got on the bus on Monday I was told the bus card was incorrectly loaded as it says Harare to N1city.I tried to speak to one of the bus officials and they told me they do not know what to do In this situation and to go back in Belleville where I bought the ticket. I went back to Bellville and was told the agent who had been working that day made a lot of mistakes on that day and was given Mr Micheal Stevens number *** to call and for the past 4 days I have not been able to get through the phone rings with no answer I have had to make other means of transport with the money i don't have .
