Bus seats are wet

<p>Its so pathetic to get in a bus and the seats are wet. It is the drivers responsibility to check that all windows are closed when parked at the depot. you are dry but when you get in the damn seats are wet. Before winter comes please ensure that the rubber around the windows are secure for no leakage, K53.</p> <p>This is terrible</p>
