Bus ******ies

I had a bad experience with golden arrow this morning they ****** the city bus that departs town center 10 o clock. They know about the ******ies on the busses but they still doing nothing about it and everyone that got ****** have call a claims number and have to open a case, I don’t think that it’s fair we paying so much a month but our safety on the busses isn’t guaranteed we even had a mother with her baby on the bus as well as a pregnant lady
