BUS NOT STOPPING AT THE BUS STOP

Its been two weeks a bus in khayalisha Graceland going to cape town is not stopping in our bus stop at 5:15 and 5:30. Which i find very ********* we buy tickets to travel to get to work my shift start at 6:30 im late each and everyday im about to loose my job for **** that i pay for and because of drivers that are selfish don't think of other people that thy also have to work. Yet again to day i saw that there is a bus at 6:40 that starts at litha park , last time i check litha park is not a terminus for bus however yes the bus starts there what about people who live in Graceland, Ekuphumleni and Makhaya as the bus that was suppose to stop are not stopping. On top of that i buy a monthly ticket for a reason yet im not using it please not if the date of my ticket is expired and my clips are still there im going to a nearest golden arrow office ...please make a plan on this situation we as the people of Graceland we also request a bus that start at the garage city freeway.
