bus not arriving on time

The 06:20 AM bus from Manenberg to Cape Town has been late since the regular driver has been on leave I.E since the school holidays started, GABS has done absolutely nothing to resolve the matter despite numerous complaints, we were told three complaints in a bus of 60 people wont make a difference, not all people have the resources to call your call centre to be put on hold and receive a reference number and nothing happens with the reference, I hope its not because you are the only bus service provider that you are ignoring our complaints.
