Bus late coming

Yuu xeim.... Golden arrow bus service am so disappointed with people who are specialized with complaints. I did complain about the bus that is always late or not come at all, they said they going to call me back once the complaint is received. I waited the whole week, the bus continued to be late sometimes canceled. I did a follow up, they said I must wait, they sent me a message the following week then I rep**** to the sms till now... Am still waiting for the response. I use a bus every day, I get warnings at work because of late coming... Golden arrow bus service do not care about there customers, they don't do their work properly. You loose lot of money because of your service
