Bus driver was rude

Today at Makhaza the 2nd Bus stop after the Terminus Bus Station it was 07:50 i Stopped a bus written Wynberg Terminus and as i get inside the bus i took R inside my Bag to pay and the Driver sad i a rude Manner get of and take the Claremont Bus then i asked him why must i take a Claremont He said to me and wasting his time and he does not have a Change then i told him you coming from terminus and you should have a float and no 2 you must learn how to speak with Customers you do not shout at me and He started swearing at me with Big words (Nondindwa,Nomokhwe,Hule,Notoyi,and ndiyamnyela he kept on swearing at me then i decide not to argue with him i kept Quite i just wrote his Bus no4871<br> <br> What hurts me the most when we got to town two a guy paid him with R and he gave him a change that means he did have a change is that he did now want to give it to me and i have Pictures because i managed to take a picture while the guy was paying and when he was giving a change and apparently this driver is Rude its what he does everyday to passengers I demand a Apology from Him,He ruined my day and his rude words are still in my head i have never been Humiliated like this
