Bus Driver Service Very Poor

I would like to report the bus driver that drives the bus Monday - Friday from 9am from Mitchells Plain Town Centre to Blue Route Mall. This driver explain that he doesn't stop at the bus stop, after exiting Retreat Station. There is 2 bus stops before turning towards the mall. He doesn't stop at the 2nd bus stop cause there is no sign but all the other bus driver before him stop there. He explained to commuters that Golden Arrow can fire him and he don't care about it and it is his bus. We are and all the other commuters aren't happy with this bus driver. Plus he drives very slow from his departure to his destination and make everyone late. The senior people also asked him to speak properly as he doesn't have any manners when speak to people.

I would like this matters to be looked into immediately, as I always get off at the 2nd bus stop after existing Retreat and my colleagues, as it is nearer to our workplace.
