Bus driver refuses to STOP

I just started using the bus service and I bought a GO card on Sunday the 20th I have not received any joy because bus driver are not stopping at the bus stop This morning I . had the most horrific experience and I would like to get a refund of my tick.A bus driver did nt want to stop for me however as he was approaching the robots they turned red and he had to stop.I ran to the bus and knocked on the door and he said NO,There where about 10 people on the bus. SG 4426 The bus was going to CITY(Cape Town ) and passed in Luzuko Drive at 7:20.This is my last .I give up on your service and . would like my money back.I only used 2 rides on the ticket
