Bus Driver Refused To Stop

I'm very disappointed in Golden Arrow bus services. I took the Belville bus as normal yesterday (12 May 2015) in Cape Town. This bus is scheduled to leave the terminus at 18:10 and it left at 18:00. I made It in time and the driver refused to open the door for me. I ran across the street, to the bus stop there, and I signaled my intention to get in and he totally ignored me. I buy bus tickets and had to take a taxi home. Thank goodness I had cash to take a taxi or I would have been stranded. This is unacceptable. If I was late and missed the bus, that would have been fine, but I was on time, and he left early.
