Bus Driver NOT following route

The bus driver was RUDE: he refused to follow the normal bus route, and when told that this is not the route he uttered swearing words. We ended up getting off, and walking 3km in a rain - mind you there were elderly people. This behavior is not acceptable! When we buy tickets, we buy it based on the route and nearest bus stop so that we don't get inconvenienced or even worse ******.

The bus number is 4635, and its a Metro bus from Harare to Paardein Eiland -he refused to get in at Epping.
