Bus driver does not stop on purpose and waves!

Bus from Cape Town CBD 16:00 pm Monday to Friday written NY3. Same driver everyday. When he does not feel like stopping he passes me and waves and when I ask, he tells me he is doing it on purpose and the reason he waves is to show me that he can see me and he will do it again. then I call the call centre nothing gets done. yesterday I pressed the buzzer to get off at the next bus stop, he tells me he knows where all his passengers get off no one gets off there and passes and drops me 2 bus stops away (far away from where I stay). Other commuters say they have complained about this man and nothing gets done, others have resorted to taking other buses to avoid his behaviour. There are certain passengers that he favours and stops even if it's not a bus stop when they need to get off; stops for them even if the bus is full whereas he does not stop for other commuters and they do not show their bus ticket, which means that they are on a free ride and we pay but get the bad service. I vow to videorise thus bus driver and his bad behaviour and Social Media will sort Golden Arrow out, because this will NEVER happen in a white area. infact white people complain once and Golden Arrow fires or changes the route of that driver. WHY must such still happen in South Africa. WHY???? You are Golden Arrow and you are still standing because of the majority of black and coloured commuters and therefore you should respect your customers and when they complain (THIS DRIVER HAS BEEN REPORTED NUMEROUS TIMES) you need to do something about it. I am going to be relentless and I will not stop till you do something. where does the CPA come to play when we pay for a bad service like this and we cannot be heard when we complain. The buses to Nyanga/Gugulethu are full we stand the whole way through (you have never heard the complaint to provide more buses, but there are more people buying tickets in this are than buses provided); Now your rude drivers, I don't care about the rumour that you have the best lawyers and that is why you have *********** and rude drivers because they are legally covered. You will attend to my complaint because I pay for the service unlike these women that this bus driver gives a free service to.
