Bus driver a disgrace to his company

Baddest experience EVER..... I take bus everyday n1 city mall via BELHAR ... the bus driver refused to stop at the stop I normally get off which is stellenbosch arterial which is fine because all the other bus drivers take that route which is not the correct route but at least the other bus drivers would stop but this one one of tonight is seriously, utterly rude he disgust me..... the bus driver tonight refused to stop he continues drive past my stop made me walk all the way back because he bluntly refused to stopped shouts at me it’s not a bus stop... I took down the bus number 4782, because just the fact that he is not suppose to drive that route and telling me that’s there is no bus stop fully indicates he is not suppose to drive that route which ****ed me off evens more because the bus is suppose to drive through chestnut way which they never do!!!!!!!
