Bus did not arrive

On Friday 29 Dec 2017 after calli g the transport information centre as provided on GA website I was informed that the next bus from Cape Town To Malmesbury is at 16:30. So arriving early at 16:15 at the normal pick up point at the Cape Town terminus. go in search of a inspector , he does not know, tries to find the relevant inspector.. To no avail.. I then go to the info kiosk at the terminus at about 16:45 and get the info that I missed the 16:30 Bus.. there was no bus at any stage at 16:30 for Malmesbury. I thus had to fork out extra to get home as I arranged pick up in Malmesbury at 18:00. I demand a refund of my extra expenditure due to the no show of the phantom 16:30 Bus... I DO NOT WANT THE NORMAL SOPPY APOLOGY BUT REIMBUR*****T
