Bus crashes into my car and drive away!

On the 5th of February a Golden Arrow bus did not manage to turn in time at a Cape Town CBD robot intersection and s****ped the front end of my car. The grill and front bumper of my car is damaged and covered in the green paint of the front section of the bus. After a number of emails with photo's attached Golden Arrow is now ignoring my complaint. I feel that as I did nothing wrong in causing this accident and the guilty party Golden Arrow buses should take responsibility for this. My excess payment on my insurance is R 3500 and I feel its just and fair for them to pay the excess. Indecent not yet reported at Cape Town SAPS but will be reported this week in order for insurance claim to be processed. Green paint sample will be send to test that it is indeed similar green paint as per Golden Arrow bus.
