Bus always late

I am utterly sick and tired of your service. The bus from cape town to belville terminas (4808 bus) is always late. The driver arrives at his own time everyday and takes all her to take bus fair payments. Why do you say your bus is a 7:45 bus when it always comes 8 o'clock or after. It would've been so much understandable if this only happened once in a long while but for it to be an everyday thing is what posses me off. You guys are basically jeopardizing our jobs because we get into so much trouble being late all the time. Your service in this regard is so poor and unprofessional that you want all your customers to seem like that at their own jobs. I mean I paid an entire R630, more than what I would've paid in a taxi for the whole month to receive such poor service. The driver is never even apologetic about how he continues to inconvinience us. I mean the My City buses are always on time which goes to prove just how possible it is to be on time. If there is traffic, then the bus must foresee that and make means to avoid delays.

I'm just waiting for my trips to finish up and next month I'm gone with my 4 friends that also use this bus. Pathetic Service that Golden Arrow offers.
