Bus 4460 05:15 from Kapteisklip to Cape Town via Rocklands... Deal with that ******* driver Dated : 10 April 2024

I live in in Rocklands and I take bus at Kapteisklip station. I ussaually take the 05:15 bus. 2 consecutive morning bus number 4460 this driver let's me stand in the dark until he must drive while his bus idles. It's raining as there is no shelter not to mention the potential danger of standing there while the driver plays with his phone. He refuses to put the lights on inside the bus. I slid on the stairs while I was exiting the bus... Golden Arrow increases their tariffs but their customer services suck their drivers are sadist and yet we the community have to pay for this **** poor service. Golden Arrow please use the extra money to train your driver to be be human because your company is transporting humans not ****ing cattle. We need another option for transport in this country this is why Golden Arrow fin not care about service deliver because they believe their untouchable.. Their drivers kill people!
