Beyond horrible service. Do not use golden arrow

Horrible experience with golden arrow every night. Ive been standing at the bus stop for 2 hours or more every night since the lockdown. All the busses past because of the 45 capacity. Who in their right minds let their customers pay so much money per month but provide mediocre service. If the capacity is 45, you would send out more busses to accommodate everyone standing at the bus stop. Clearly golden arrow doesnt care about their customers. Ive never waited this long for a metrorail train before. Golden arrow sends so many Rocklands, merrydale, bay view and makhaza busses out but for busses going to Belhar they send 1 every hour out of which all of them drive past cause of the 45 capacity. Im beyond disgustes with the poor service. I had to call in every night since lockdown started to log a complaint but nothing has been done. When I ask to speak to a manager, I get refused to speak to one. Im saddened and beyond angry with the pathetic service received. I am most definitely looking out for another form of transport.
