Bad services and your agents are lists

On the 4th of May I booked a bus from Aliwal North to Johannesburg only to be told due to taxi strike the bus won't travel asked for a refund only to be told no cash refund but I can claim my ticket again should I need to travel. I have been trying to do that with fail today I call to ask for a refund am told they will give me an email address I give them mine I'm still waiting for their email .. This is such a bad service!!!!!!
