Bad services

I've have been experiencing extremely bad services from Golden arrow, as most evenings standing waiting for a bus coming home from work and most nights 45 mins late with same bus driver. When asking him why he's late, he has such a bad attitude... Saying why don't we put in an complaint. This is really unacceptable
