Bad service, Incompatent workers!!! Golden Arrow is PATHETIC!

Went to purchase a weekly bus ticket for my daughter and was told by the very rude woman that I must pay R25 extra for a gold card. When I asked her why I needed to pay since its my daughters first time to be issued with a gold card, she couldn't give me a reason other than " YOU MUST PAY" with that I don't care attitude. I refused to pay the extra for the gold card and went to find a regulator. I then found one and explained to him what I was just told an how rude the woman was, and then again I asked him why UI have to pay the R25 for the gold card when it was in fact Golden Arrow who came up with this stupid idea, thinking it would save you time in the bus by just scanning when the scanner don't work or the money wasn't loaded on your card I can go on and on about the endless failure of this gold card. Nevertheless the regulator told me that I must call golden arrow because he has got nothing to do with this, but he a kitted out in Gold arrow attire. So do you work for Golden Arrow or what? Do you just follow things without asking questions or at least ask for a an answer to give to the commuters as to why we should pay for these stupid gold cards.
