Bad service from the driver, I injured myself on t

My name is Dionne, I was waiting for the 12pm bus, the bus came from khayelitsha, and it arrived at 12pm at my stop which is in new cross, koornoff nyanga. I got on the bus, so the driver took my R100.00 note, he told me that he does not have change, I told him that I will get change in town from him. He wanted me to get out of the bus because he does not have change. So the driver took my money and decided to give me R10.00 of cents, but while he was taking the money he pulled away from the stop and i slipped and knocked my knee against the metal step, i am going to see a doctor because of the negligence of the driver, he was suppose to wait for me to move away but instead he pulled away while i was taking all those cent coins. my leg is so saw, i need to pay medical bill because of the negligence of golden arrow drivers. I couldn't take the drivers name and the bus number because i was in so much pain.
