Bad service from golden arrow driver

To whom it may concern

It was not the first time i had taken this bus but i just had it this time because it keeps happening.....as usual i wait for the 10:15 at monwabisi park where we dont have bus stops but have certain areas where people stand for buses. On this day as i was standing on my usual stop this bus number 4946 from Harare to Claremont via lansdown did not stop for me and i had stop in the middle of the road so that it can see me because this has happen before. I thought that if stood closer to the road the driver wont have an excuses but i was wrong this time he then saw me and just raised his arms as he passes me

I then had to take a taxi to another bus stop where i thought he would stop and didn't even apologies as to when i addressed him about the matter and just kept quiet as if i was speaking to a wall it very unprofessional
