Bad service from drivers and contact information staff

This is the worst bus service ever. It's issue after issue with them and the ladies that's working at the toll-free service (number found on the card) are useless I think they just take anyone to work there w/o proper training. My monthly card wouldn't tab in the bus going from bigbay to Killarney and the driver said I'm messing with his job so I phoned the number on the card and they requested I pay cash and they'll refund me,mind you two weeks ago they told me the same thing when another driver took a whole ride instead of my transfer and never refunded me. I'm so furious with this pathetic service. you guys are waisting my money and time!!!
