Bad service

Poor service we receiving from the employees. The driver is always late, he doesn't even apologize he just takes different routes to spite us. He even pick up his calls while driving. I mean we pay for the bus tickets it's not like we're getting free rides home. We have been calling the customer care complaining everyday but still nothing gets done the drivers are still rude and do as they please. Tygervalley mall employees are not happy at all with the service that Golden Arrow is giving us
