Bad service

I really do no know what Golden Arrow thinks about Eersteriver people, Getting up in the morning @04h00 to take a bus 5h45 but only arriving at your work place 8h40. I will tell you WHY? We have to drive through Kleinvlei,Blackheath,Blue Downs, Kuilsriver,Delft,Belhar,Bishop lavis,Elsies river, Parow, Goodwood,N1 citi just to get to Blaauberg, Killarney . It takes literally 2H30 hours just to get to work. WHY? we as Eersteriver people can get a Free way Bus like our neighbors Mfuleni and Khayelitsha I do know, the bus is already full when it gets to my stop. I personally draw up lots of petitions to reinstate our 18h30 from Blaauberg to Eersteriver. The Electric Citi bus is full of Parow,Bishop lavis,Belhar, Delft,Kuilsriver people Eersteriver people have to stand or the bus is so full they have to make other arrangement how is this fare upon US. For example a person that get up 7h00 in Lavis will get our bus in the morning. The time line of our bus service in the morning not convenient. Two buses coming together why? I have been inconvenient as Golden Arrow customer for years now. Not know how I am going to travel home when I clock out 18h00 and I am not alone. No buses on a Sunday to bring us home But there is bus that bring us to work how is that fare to us.
