Bad service by Golden Arrow Bus services

Since Monday, 4 February 2019, the 16:00 bus to Bellville via Free Way (Frans Conradie Drive) just does not arrive. Another bus arrived after 16:30 with limited space and a driver that drove so slow - I walk faster. Then on Tuesday, 5 February 2019, the bus that is supposed to arrive at 16:00 only arrived after 16:30. The driver then notified us that the machine that scans tickets is malfunctioning, therefore not arriving on Monday and late on Tuesday. I do not understand why golden Arrow cannot fix this as the machine has been given problems since last week. This is really unacceptable.
