BAD SERVICE ALL THE TIME

This is not the first time I`ve been having bad experience from GABS.

Firstly I have been standing at the Bus Stop since 6:25 this morning waiting for the 6:35 Manenberg to Wynberg bus. The 6:35 bus never pitched, the 6:45 didnt pitch too - which is nothing new because Archie is forever late, like I have complained before and nothing happened. It turned to 7 O clock and still no bus. I decided to call GABS and spoke to a Jade who clearly dunno anything. She said to me there is no buses driving Maneberg to Wynberg and I asked since when because I have been taking Manenberg - Wynberg bus for more than a year and her response was I dunno. I asked how long she is working there and what her surname is she then said she is not allowed to tell me. Not only is the BUSES not on time but the customer service you people provide is really very BAD for business.

I am paying to drive in the bus... The buses should be on time because the buses being late causes people like us to get warnings at WORK.

I am really disgusted at the service received - 3busses ddnt pitch this morning ! how SAD & then when you call the customer service they are not even able to assist!
