Bad service

<p>Golden arrow gives the worst service to customers they supposedly value. As a paying customer with a service for ten years and nothing changes even tho so many complaints. Travel from delft to ****arney. Monday 6 busses drive past. Tuesday the same thing. Busses are overloaded amf today 8 busses drive past. We can not everyday tell our employers buses do not stop. Get more busses to drive that route. Its pathetic. Three delft to cape town busses are half full. 8 delft to ****arney overloaded... So which route is most needed if extra buses</p>
