Bad Service

<p>I Have lodged a complaint with Golden Arrow call centre service got a reference number and still waiting for Golden Arrow To contact me while in the mean time there driver is taking his own right and not stopping the evening at my busstop and the buss is not even full , showing me faces even and I Have to wait every night for 30 to 45 minutes to take the next one . </p>
