Bad Customer Services

To whom this may concern Today I had the most horrible experience ever with Golden Arrow bus services,bus routed from Somerset west to Mfuleni bus no. 4511 scheduled 19:15 @ Somerset Mall as the driver approached Shoprite Eersterivier,2 ladies pressed the stop button to alert the driver,instantly we realised its not working,then the lady in front of me asked the driver verbally to stop at the bus stop,instead he didnt because the robots ahead just turned green and he drove on without stopping at the bus stop,but the stop is before the approach of robots,he then refused the next bus stop too,myself and the other passenger started becoming fearful and anxious about him not stopping,he already passed our destination,then we shouted aloud at him that he must stop and he was speaking Xhosa language which we didnt understand,there was a 3rd victim who wanted to get off at Forest drive butchery,he also pressed the button and then asked the driver to stop the driver drove off so bad that this foreign guy fell against the door of the bus,yet still he continued to drive on without stopping,retaliating again in his Xhosa language,in all mentioned above He was blatantly rude, inhumane and showed no respect to us as passengers at all,passengers became fearful,he made me ride with a ticket I paid for only till eersterivier destination,I didnt pay to ride to Malibu Blue Downs,what if the inspector got onto the bus and checked my invalid ticket,I wont accept this kind of behavior and disrespect from golden arrow drivers especially Men disregarding Women,ive been a passenger for 10 years never have my rights been violated by a Golden Arrow bus driver like tonight,I will not rest this case I will report to the police station at Mfuleni and Blue Downs Court.
