Bad Bus Service

Good day I am so sick and tired of this GA bus service, you complain to regulators about the bus being late almost everyday single day, then they tell you send an email, you send countless emails, then they fix it for one or two days and then it just go back to the way it was, as a paying client for your service and get broken service like this is beyond bad, and this is been going on for months on end, why don't you just give Mycity there permit to drive Kapteinsklip to Cape Town, at least we have another option fix your problem PLEASE. WE are dependent on your service, there's no train from where I live and the taxi industry is just dangerous. So I am asking you GA please help your customers. I HOPE YOU HEAR MY VOICE AND FRUSTRATION.
