On Monday 08 February 2021, I boarded the 15h20 bus from Cape Town to Factreton. It was a Sibanye bus No. AT 774.

I was most impressed with this driver's professionalism and customer service. When the bus reached the first bus stop in Typhoon Street, he stopped the bus, got out of his cab to come and assist me to help a young disabled man on crutches (named Warren) off the bus. He just did so without anyone requesting him to.
