Arrogant Driver

Good morning<br> <br> Can you please reprimand the driver that did the 16:50 (Blaauwberg/Bellville Term) route yesterday! I think it was bus nr 4461. He is arrogant and rude all the time. I was dropped off two blocks away from my stop yesterday. He claimed I didn't rang the bell. He was speeding down Voortrekker and didn't even attempt to slow down when I rang the bell, he rather shouted me. When I told him that a complaint will be lodged he was so arrogant by responding with \ja ja ill just tell them u didn't ring the bell". I have never seen such poor service! Everybody complains about that man! Please Golden Arrow do something!"""
