Arriving Late

Golden Arrow On my way walking to town to catch my bus nicely getting there early to leave early bus is empty seats for every one as we leave the terminus getting into Woodstock. Bus no. 4182 time 15:15 pm Merrydale bus Driver gets out of the bus and says nothing to the passengers whilst the bus is still idolling which is an inconvenience, the traffic starts this time its 15:58 and we still in woodstock we had to change buses the one we got into was full and we stood in the bus, it was packed there was no place to stand but the driver who drove the bus that we got into was very disrespectful. As I advised him I cannot move to the back as it is full and I'll have a seat on the floor when we get to the freeway and the driver from the previous bus advised me "that's not this drivers problem" and he could see the bus was loaded then advised the driver that it is and he shouldn't load anymore and I could have a seat on the step when we reach the free way which I agreed upon the driver of the bus that we now got into continued to load people bus no. 4098 I'm very disgusted because we as people pay a fee as your terms and conditions we need to respect, what happens when you are at fault? This has been one of the worst bus drives home and yet we are disrespected as individuals who supports your business how many others have an opinion standing in this bus right now because this is very unprofessional and unorganized.
