Another great Golden Arrow employee!

I would like to commend one of the Golden Arrow employees stationed at the Golden Acre bus terminus in Cape Town.

Yesterday Thursday 10 June 2021 while waiting for the 17h00 Factreton bus, an elderly lady sitting in the queue got sick and nearly fell over.

The regulator on duty Mr Erin Williams was most alert and rushed to help this lady immediately. He comforted her and ensured she was okay, reassuring her all the time. He also checked with her if she had medication that she needed to take.

When the bus arrived (AT 796), he helped her into the bus and took her to a seat to check if she was safe and comfortable. He then asked fellow passengers to make sure she gets to her stop in 16th Avenue safely.

This man truly displayed genuine compassion and humanity!
