Angry traveler!!!

I'm super upset about the treatment we receive from Golden Arrow Bus services!!!. Every week I have problems traveling with them. I call in almost every day to find out what time the busses will arrive, and it never arrives on the time I'm told!, which results me to bring late for work MOST of the time or I have to be there 2hrs earlier just not to be late and I DO NOT get paid for those extra 2hrs!!!!. What makes things 10 times worse is that the bus just drive right passed my wife now and it's THE LAST bus going in her direction today... what the he'll is she supposed to do now????!!!!!!!!!.... I'm really super mad about this as their drivers are absolutely *********** !!!!!!. C.C
