Airtime wasting due to lack of knowledge

I have called the Golden arrow call center. Just to be told to wait they will check on my request. I waited for almost 7 minutes and yet still no response. All they had to do was to tell me the time of the next bus. But to wait for so long and I am not calling from a land line but my personal cell phone.
