accident with Golden Arrow

Had an accident when the driver of the bus who is an old man with poor eyesight hit my car and l claimed and had quotes done and approved and was told l would have the money to fix my car in 21 days but its been 3 months and still nothing and no one knows what answer to give me .Its like am dealing with different people everytime.
